Corporate Advisor (Cyprus)

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations, advising the company on potential legal risks.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiative a variety of contracts and legal documents to protect the company's interests.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Identifying legal risks associated with business operations and propose actionable strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Representation the company in legal proceedings and liaise with regulatory bodies when necessary.
• Work closely with various departments to provide legal support for corporate projects and initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Law
• Valid license from the Cyprus Bar Association will be plus
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate law, preferably in a reputable law firm or in-house corporate legal department.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication
• English and Greek languages proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher
• Familiarity with local and international regulatory frameworks and a strong understanding of corporate legal principles.
