Director of Operations

OpiniQ is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and streamline our business processes, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and align with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. In this role, you will work closely with key executives, including the CTO, to drive operational excellence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead and manage the operations, product development, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop KPIs to monitor the success of operational initiatives and continuously improve performance.
• Work closely with the CTO, and other key executives to ensure that business goals are met and operations run smoothly.
• Design, implement, and oversee operational strategies that support the company’s short-term and long-term goals.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Hands-on experience in scaling operations for growing companies, particularly in the software sector.
• A track record of implementing process improvements and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with the legal and regulatory requirements of the software industry is a plus.
