OpiniQ is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our support team. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Handle incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  •  Respond to customer questions and assist with issues, providing consultation on company products.
  •  Manage customer requests and tickets.
  •  Work with the platform, including client account administration.

Requirements:

  •  1+ year of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  •  Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Clarify, or similar).
  •  Knowledge of monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, or equivalents) is a plus.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Ability to work with technical documentation.
  •  Willingness to work night shifts.
  •  English level B2+.
  •  Strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach.
  •  Understanding of customer service principles and methodologies.
