HR Generalist

OpiniQ Limited is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team in our Limassol office. The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including compensation, benefits, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies.

The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources. This includes benefits administration, compensation, reporting, benefits and training. To be a competent HR Generalist, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively. 

Responsibilities: 

• Advising employees on labor laws and internal policies.
• Developing and implementation policies with legal requirements and company guidelines.
• Preparing and managing documents for migration processes, including liaising with legal advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Organization and conduction employee training sessions.
• Participation in HR projects and initiatives

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Fluency English is a must, Russian and Greek will be plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Thorough knowledge of Cyprus labor legislation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Proficient in HRIS systems
